This policy explains what personal information Neurotest24 collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We have written it to be read, not just to be legally complete.
Who we are
Neurotest24.com is operated by Vitalia24 Ltd., Ohrid 3, ET 2, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria (company registration and VAT number BG207941385). Vitalia24 Ltd. is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
For anything about your personal information, email info@neurotest24.com.
Neurotest24 arranges assessments. We are not the clinic and do not carry out the assessment ourselves. We do not need, and do not ask for, your medical records or clinical information to answer an enquiry.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- what you are looking for (for example an autism or ADHD assessment), and your child’s age if the enquiry is about a child
- anything you choose to write in the message field
- that you ticked the consent box, and when
- how you found us, for example which page or advert you came from, so we know which of our pages and campaigns are useful
Please keep the message short and practical. You do not need to share diagnoses, medical history or other health details to get an answer from us, and we would rather you did not at this stage.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us, so that we can reply.
When you browse the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner (see below).
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange an assessment if you want one. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR and UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To keep a record of enquiries and bookings, including the €100 administration fee. Legal basis: contract and our legal obligations, for example accounting (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- To understand how the website is used and which adverts work. Legal basis: your consent through the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a)). You can change your choice at any time.
- To keep the website secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our advertising. None of them run until you click Accept in the cookie banner, and nothing from the enquiry form (your name, email or phone number) is sent to Google or Meta. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta may use the information from the Meta Pixel, together with other information it holds, to measure, target and deliver ads, including on Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out by declining or withdrawing consent to marketing cookies, and you can read more about opting out of interest-based advertising at youronlinechoices.eu and aboutads.info/choices. Details of every cookie are in our Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
- Our partner clinic in Cyprus, if you decide to book an assessment. We only share what is needed to arrange it. From that point, the clinic is responsible for your clinical information and handles it under its own privacy notice.
- Service providers who run things for us: our website host (United Domains, with servers in Germany), our email provider, and Google and Meta for analytics and advertising if you have accepted cookies. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in the European Union, and our website host and email provider keep your information in the EU. If you live in the UK, the UK recognises the EU as providing adequate protection for personal information. Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact with you.
- Booking and payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics data: kept for 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, and the UK GDPR if you live in the UK, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it
- ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it
Email info@neurotest24.com and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live, for example the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) the data protection authority of your federal state in Germany, or the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel (gov.il). As we are based in Bulgaria, our lead supervisory authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us before you do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
